Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We want every person searching for property in Texas and Montana to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We are committed to making PriscillaKing.com accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities, and to continuing that work as the site grows.
Conformance target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most widely referenced in United States accessibility practice and is the benchmark we measure this site against.
We describe this site as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively addressing those areas.
What we do
- Text alternatives — we write descriptive alternative text for property photography, aerial imagery, site plans, and market graphics, so that the substance of an image is available to screen reader users.
- Structure — we use proper heading order, landmarks, and lists so pages can be navigated by structure rather than by sight alone.
- Keyboard access — navigation, forms, and interactive elements are built to be operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color and contrast — we aim for a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and meaningful interface elements, and we do not use color as the only way to convey information.
- Forms — form fields have visible, programmatically associated labels, and errors are described in text.
- Video — we provide captions on video content we produce and publish.
- Documents — we work toward tagged, readable PDFs for property flyers and offering materials, and we will provide an accessible alternative on request.
- Resizing and zoom — content reflows and remains usable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
Known limitations
We want to be straightforward about the areas where this site does not yet fully meet our target:
- Third-party property search — IDX and MLS search tools, and commercial listing platforms embedded on this site, are supplied and controlled by third parties. We cannot modify their code. If you encounter a barrier in a property search tool, contact us and we will run the search for you and deliver the results in an accessible format.
- Embedded maps and street-level imagery — third-party mapping services have known accessibility limitations. We provide the property address, city, and county in text so that location information does not depend on the map.
- Older PDFs and marketing flyers — some legacy offering memoranda and property flyers are not yet tagged for screen readers. We will provide the same information in an accessible format on request, usually within two business days.
- Archived video — some older video published before our captioning practice may lack captions. We are working through the back catalog.
We do not use an accessibility overlay
This site does not use an automated accessibility overlay, toolbar, or widget. We have chosen to build accessibility into the site itself, because overlays frequently fail to fix underlying barriers and can interfere with the assistive technology visitors already use and trust.
Tell us about a barrier — and get help
If any part of this site, any property listing, or any document is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. We treat this as a priority, not a formality.

Mail: 346 Central Avenue, Whitefish, MT 59937
Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. We aim to acknowledge every report within 2 business days and to describe our remediation plan within 10 business days.
You never have to wait for a fix to get the information. If something on this site is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the same content and the same service by phone, email, accessible document, or in person. This includes searching for properties, walking through listing details, reviewing financials, and scheduling showings.
Assessment and ongoing work
We evaluate this site using a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard testing, and screen reader review. Accessibility is reviewed when we add new templates, launch new property or market pages, and at least annually. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above.
