Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Priscilla King ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data through PriscillaKing.com (the "Site") and the related marketing, communications, and real estate services described on it.
Priscilla King is a licensed real estate salesperson in two states, working under two separate sponsoring brokerages:
- Texas — Sales Agent, License No. [TX TREC LICENSE #847991], sponsored by Mallach and Company, License No. [MALLACH TREC BROKER LICENSE #9001091].
- Montana — Salesperson, License No. RRE-RBS-LIC-136719, supervised by Broker Joy Vance at The Agency Bozeman | Big Sky, 346 Central Avenue Whitefish, Montana 59937
Real estate brokerage services are provided through the applicable sponsoring brokerage for the state in which a property is located. Information you submit in connection with a real estate inquiry may be shared with the relevant brokerage and supervising broker, as described below.
1. Personal data we collect
Information you give us directly

Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address.

- Advertising and analytics providers — aggregated or pseudonymous audience and campaign data.
- Referral sources — other licensed real estate professionals, relocation networks, and brokerage referral programs.
- Publicly available sources — county appraisal district and assessor records, business registration filings, and professional networking profiles.
Sensitive personal data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as that term is defined under Texas or Montana law, including data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health diagnoses, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data, or precise geolocation. We do not sell sensitive personal data, and we do not sell biometric personal data. Please do not include sensitive information in contact forms or unencrypted email.
2. How we use personal data
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request.
- Identify, evaluate, and present properties, leasing opportunities, and investment options that fit your stated criteria.
- Prepare market analyses, underwriting summaries, broker opinions of value, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with your sponsoring brokerage, supervising broker, title company, lender, attorney, inspector, or other transaction participants at your direction.
- Send market updates, property alerts, newsletters, and other marketing communications you have asked to receive.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and measure the performance of our content and advertising.
- Comply with real estate licensing law, brokerage recordkeeping obligations, tax law, and other legal requirements in Texas and Montana.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and prevent fraud or misuse of the Site.
3. How we share personal data
We disclose personal data only as described here:
- Sponsoring brokerages and supervising brokers — Mallach and Company for Texas matters, and The Agency Bozeman | Big Sky for Montana matters. Brokerages are required by law to supervise licensee activity and maintain transaction records.
- Service providers — website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and SMS delivery, scheduling, e-signature, analytics, and advertising vendors acting on our behalf under contract.
- Transaction participants — at your request or direction, including cooperating brokers, title and escrow companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, surveyors, and attorneys.
- Listing services — property information you authorize us to market, submitted to an MLS or commercial listing platform.
- Legal and safety — regulators including the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Montana Board of Realty Regulation, courts, and law enforcement, where required by law or to protect legal rights or personal safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We do use cookies and pixels from advertising platforms to deliver and measure targeted advertising. Under some state privacy laws, sharing data with advertising platforms in this way may be treated as a "sale" or as "targeted advertising." You may opt out at any time using the methods in Section 5.
We do not use personal data for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal basis and scope of state privacy laws
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541). Montana residents have rights under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (Mont. Code Ann. Title 30, Ch. 14, Part 28). We extend the rights described in Section 5 to all Site visitors regardless of residency, and regardless of whether a particular law applies to us by its own thresholds.
5. Your privacy rights and how to exercise them
Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may:
- Confirm and access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
- Correct — correct inaccuracies in personal data you have provided.
- Delete — request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- Portability — obtain a copy in a portable, readily usable format where processing is carried out by automated means.
- Opt out — opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Submitting a request
Email priscilla.king@theagencyre.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to us at 346 Central Avenue Whitefish, Montana 59937. Please tell us which right you are exercising and the state you reside in. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, and may ask for additional information for that purpose. Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
We will respond within 45 days. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days and will tell you why before the original period ends.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision within a reasonable period by emailing priscilla.king.theagencyre.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within 60 days with our decision and an explanation. If we deny the appeal, we will provide a method to contact the relevant Attorney General:
- Texas — Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Privacy: texasattorneygeneral.gov
- Montana — Office of Consumer Protection, Montana Department of Justice: dojmt.gov
Universal opt-out signals
We recognize and honor browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data for the browser transmitting the signal. Because these signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable them on each browser and device you use.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Site uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to load, for security, and for form submission. These cannot be disabled through our Site.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages, listings, and articles are useful. We use [ANALYTICS PROVIDER, e.g., Google Analytics 4].
- Advertising — used to deliver and measure advertising on third-party platforms, including [AD PLATFORMS, e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel, YouTube].
You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie preference tool where available. Platform-level opt-outs are also available:
- Google Ads Settings — myadcenter.google.com
- Digital Advertising Alliance — optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative — optout.networkadvertising.org
7. Email, text messages, and calls
If you provide a telephone number and consent to be contacted, we may call or send text messages about your inquiry, property matches, and market updates. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or lease. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. We may still send transactional messages about an active transaction after you opt out of marketing.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Transaction and brokerage records are retained for the periods required by Texas and Montana real estate licensing law and by our sponsoring brokerages' record retention policies, which in some cases require retention for several years after closing. Marketing contact data is retained until you opt out or ask us to delete it.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential financial or identity documents through unencrypted email or web forms.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly process the personal data of a consumer we know to be between 13 and 17 for targeted advertising or sale. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will delete it.
11. Third-party websites and listing platforms
The Site links to and may embed content from third parties, including MLS and IDX search tools, commercial listing platforms, mapping services, video players, and social media. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and are not controlled by us. We encourage you to review them.
12. Accessibility of this Policy
We aim to keep this Policy readable and accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you need this Policy in an alternative format, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will provide one.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site and, where we have your email address and it is appropriate to do so, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
