About Priscilla King

Commercial Agent | REALTOR®

“The Strategic Marketer”
Commercial Agent | REALTOR®

Priscilla King brings a marketing-first approach to commercial real estate—combining data, strategy, and execution to position properties for maximum performance.

With a foundation in marketing from Texas Tech University, Priscilla built her career working across both small manufacturers and global corporations, including IBM, before launching her own successful marketing business. Through years of building brands, campaigns, and relationships, real estate became a natural evolution—allowing her to merge strategic marketing with investment-focused decision making.

Priscilla’s background in Marketing is focused on analytics and studying the market; which made specializing in commercial real estate across Texas a natural choice. Commercial Real Estate is not emotionally driven like residential, this is what sets her apart.

A Strategic Approach to Commercial Real Estate

Priscilla specializes in commercial real estate across Texas, where her analytical background plays a critical role in how she evaluates and positions opportunities.

Her expertise includes:

  • Lease structures, including NNN leases
  • Capitalization rates and valuation strategy
  • Market positioning and buyer targeting

Through her education with the CCIM Institute and hands-on experience in the Austin market, she approaches every deal with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term performance.

Marketing That Actually Moves Property

What sets Priscilla apart is how she applies marketing strategy to every listing.

Rather than relying on passive exposure, she builds a targeted campaign before a property ever hits the market—designed to attract the right buyer, not just more attention.

Her process includes:

  • Identifying the most likely buyer profile
  • Creating SEO-driven property pages to capture search intent
  • Positioning each asset based on real market demand—not just comparable sales
  • Developing content that communicates the full story of the property

This approach blends data with storytelling—ensuring each property is not only seen, but understood and valued correctly in the market.

For a recent commercial property, this approach resulted in off-market interest before the listing was even live.

Because marketing isn’t just advertising—it’s understanding the data, the audience, and how to connect the two.
